Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your e-book purchase, Gabby Communications will refund the price of the purchase if you email me your concern no later than five (5) business days from the date of the purchase (not the same as the download date).
To request an e-book refund for a PDF file, email me at Ruth@GabbyCommunications.com and put “Refund” in the subject line of the email. When requesting a refund, the following information must be included in the email:
1. Your first and last name.
2. The reason why you are not satisfied with the e-book.
3. The date printed on the PURCHASE CONFIRMATION, issued at the time of purchase.
4. The returned PDF e-book file as an attachment to the email.
A refund on the purchase price will be provided via the same method used to make the payment. Only one refund per customer purchase. Refund policy is subject to change without notice.
