Meeting Cancellations & Refunds

I provide complimentary consultations to ensure that our styles are a match. I promise to honor our appointments, and I will be ready to start promptly at our scheduled meeting time.

Services require 100% up-front payment. When you schedule a meeting time or buy a service package with me, I commit to reserving time to serve you. That affects the number of clients I can assist, so I charge a consultation fee prior to our meeting and I do not offer refunds. 

If you’ve booked a meeting and need to cancel, there is no fee charged for 24-hour advance notice. For meeting no-shows, the fee will not be refunded. If you’re late for your appointment, you may lose that meeting time.

Your time is valuable, and so is mine.
